To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Remain in its original packaging.
• Be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Include proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially used products.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method within 7–14 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is requested for any other reason, shipping charges may not be refundable.
